Joash is the on-site Owner/Manager of TCOS and he truly enjoys guiding the day-to-day operations of the Suites. Joash is focused on making sure our tenants (both in-office and virtual) receive the exceptional service they expect out of a first-class business center. Prior to coming to the Suites, Joash was engaged in the private practice of real estate and general business law - a practice he still continues today.
Alex DivarisFounder/Director of Creative Synergy
Alex has been in the commercial real estate industry for 15 years, currently serving as the Vice President of Divaris Real Estate’s Investment Sales Group. As Director of Creative Synergy for Town Center Office Suites, Alex designs harmonious marketing strategies for both the company and its clients. He is tasked with exploring the latest marketing trends and effectively adapting them to our creative office solution business.
